Never cut your own cuticles, this is very bad for you. If you go to get your nails done, make sure the person you are going to is licensed to do this. It will take your fingernails 4-6 months to fully grow out, so don't trim them too short and expect them to grow back quickly. For toes, make sure you wear sandals as much as you can, because fungus can grow in dark places, like inside shoes!
