How to Create swirly black & white nail art

Create swirly black & white nail art Use base and top coat, black and white nail polish and paint brush nr 2/0. Place black polish on white paper. Take paint brush and draw line under white polish on nail. Extend the line into a "C" curve. Bring curve up into white portion of nail. Draw wavy line resembling an "s". Outline curves on nail with dots. Take white paint. Draw another wavy line that resembles an "s" on nail base interlocking with black line on nail. Draw white "c" next to "s". Place white dots around outside of "c". Place black dot on tip of "s" on nail bed.
