In this video I shall be doing a very easy nail design using the sponged gradient technique for nail art designing to get a very effective background for a flakes back nail design pattern over it, which is even easier to create !

Here are some details about this nail design that you may like to learn :

  1. It takes about 10-12 minutes to complete, if you also include the nail polish preparation and drying time. If you do only a single nail at a time, it would take you much longer so it is better that you do all nails at once.
  2. This is a very effective nail art design pattern in gradient nail design concept and can be used for not only long nails but also for short nails.
  3. if your nails are too short then use the combination of just one or two colors to get a more bright and visible effect.
  4. It helps to have a wet make up sponge in some cases. If you have never ever used the sponge technique for gradient nail design and do not know how your nail polish will react to it, then try and . If the sponge soaks up all the polish, make it slightly wet and then apply the polish on the nails.
